Describe the bug
Not able to edit concept on staging

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'any organisation '
Click on 'App designer '
Click on 'Concept'
Click on 'Any Concepts'
Click on 'edit Concept '
save the concept
See error

Expected behavior
User is able to save the concept

Test Data
Any admin user
Or org admin user

These are core concepts that cannot be edited or deleted through the app designer.
