On DEA, Adding member to a group disrespects the member subject/role defined under group subject

Describe the bug
Currently on DEA, irrespective of the member subject defined under group subject, the app returns result of other subjects as well while adding it to the group subject. It includes voided subject type individuals as well. This later causes issue in loading of the group subject Profile

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to LAHI
2. Search for any Karigar Batch group subject on DEA
3. Scroll down to the Profile and go to Add member
4. Select Student role and see the result it has all the individuals other than Studen subject type as well (including voided subject type individuals)
5. Also, this Search takes forever to Load

Expected behavior
Ideally, Add member feature should work the same way as it works in the Avni app. It should show only the specified member subject types's non voided individuals.

@mahalakshme This is marked as user reported issue but marked as very later release 20.0.0. why so? i suppose a miss.
can it be included in the DEA improvements releases/epics?
