Incorrect error message is shown on entering encounter date before enrolment date.

From the screenshot, it is clear that the enrolment happened on 15-Feb-2023.

From the screenshot, when I try to complete an encounter on 14-Feb-2023, ideally the message should say "Encounter date cannot be before enrolment date".
But the message shown over here is "Encounter date not in between enrolment and exit dates"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Register for a subject and enroll in a program.
2. Try to complete an encounter by selecting the date before the enrolment date.
3. See error:- "Encounter date not in between enrolment and exit dates"

Ideally, it should say "Encounter date cannot be before enrolment date"

Agree. The message itself is correct, but can be better.
