The minimum time it takes for the shelter household page to load is four minutes.

As user we have to wait for minimum 4 minutes for household page get loaded and for each time the same amount of time is taken as user it will hard to wait for 4 minutes.

Steps to reproduce ;

1.Login to the Webapp
2.Click on the Data Entry
3.Click on the subject type house hold

Expected result ; app should load the data within a seconds
Actual result : webapp takes 4 minutes to load the data
