To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. You can add an observation anywhere, registration, enrolment, or encounter. Just add "(double quotes) and download the longitudinal export of the observation that has this.
  2. You should see that from the place the "(double quotes) has entered, the next column's data starts appearing in one single cell.

Expected behavior
On giving "(double quotes) on any of the observations, the data should appear only on those columns.
Other column's data should not be affected by this.

You can refer to the attached file that includes "(double quotes) in one of the observations and other columns data start appearing in the same cell.

test_2024-05-16_2024-05-16 (1).csv

In the file, for row number 2, I added "(double quotes) in first_name.
For row number 3, I added "(double quotes) in one of the observations.
