As an implementor, I should be able to configure visits when user wants to undo exit of an enrolment

AC:

On program enrolment form, add 'Undo Exit Visit Schedule Rule'
Change the existing rule to 'Enrolment Visit Schedule Rule'
I should be able to add this new rule, save it and view it
Quick form designer should also display for it
