Add a github extension

[LightGuard]

In arquillian and jdf we have some github extensions for pulling things down from github. There's https://github.com/peter-murach/github but it's heavy. Seems like simply using Rest Client is sufficient. If we go with Rest Client we need to add in our enhancements and allow either basic authentication or preferably oauth.
