Hi!

I'm trying to create a AWS::Amplify::App with an AWS::Amplify::Branch, but the AppId output of AWS::Amplify::App is being fullfiled with Arn information making it impossible to fill in the AppId field on AWS::Amplify::Branch because of size limit.

Is this the right repository to open this issue?
