ecsmetadatareceiver generates ECS Container Insights metrics inside the collector. From the testing, we are seeing all the metrics doesn't have the expected dimension when it was sent to CloudWatch.

Move some internal conversations into the issue.

The ECS Container Insights dimensions were not added into Metrics instead of in resource labels. The fixing is addressed on upstream repos - open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib#1359
