Documentation issue description:

I'm currently deploying a workspace using CloudFormation template 2 "Deploy a Databricks workspace, and use an existing cross-account IAM role". The stack requires two roles to be defined in the template for the stack to be created succesfully. One of the mandatory role in the stack is a Lambda role that need to be created and attached with the correct policy.

The document doesnt contain any information on how to create this role and what are the permissions/policy setup that is needed for the deployment to be successful. I kindly request the databricks engineering team to review this section and provide the details to create this role as needed.

Currently the only information about this lambda role in the stack is as follows. It is telling us to refer the deplyment guide for more information. However, there's no detailed information in the deployment guide for s3 access permissions.
