I try to build but seems like it failed at the getting Gamelift SDK stage.

Apologies for the delay. I was able to reproduce your problem by putting a space in the folder name of a parent folder in the structure. This makes the parsing for the folder names break.

If you rename "Unity Lab" folder to "UnityLab" the problem will go away. My apologies for this, I will fix as soon as possible and update the project.

If you rename "Unity Lab" folder to "UnityLab" the problem will go away. My apologies for this, I will fix as soon as possible and update the project.

@alanmur Thanks for replying. Btw can you bump all the AWS SDKs version and Unity version to latest version too? Unity latest version should be Unity 2020.2.5 at the time of writing.
