Declare applications

New screen-capture of the second application with text.

Elaborate what does "copy" mean. (Connect with the instructions on getting applications?)
Instructions for downloading and installing Chrome on EC2 Windows.

Additional change: screencap on page 21_account_setup shows email as "john.doe+AWS@aws.com". Needs to be changed to "john.doe+AWSWorkshop@example.com" for consistency.
