[Feature Request] Customized Bot Store

GPT Store like feature.

Possible Requirements

• Customized bot owners can attach tags and categories so that user can search based on them
• Customized bot owners can share the bots without sharing link
• (Optional) bot owners can set an image (thumb nail)
• Users can search public bots based on tags and categories
• (Optional) Users can search bots based on full text search
• Fine-grained permission is desirable because owner don't want to make the bots open to all users

Why the solution needed

User can search and access the customized bots actively. Currently there's no active way to use customized bots, needs link sharing.
