The permissions outlined here don't allow "Change LT version to $Latest", it just errors out with the errors below.

Error setting launch template version to $Lates
[ERROR] ClientError: An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the UpdateAutoScalingGroup operation: You are not authorized to use launch template:
