Describe the bug
The stack returns a creation error when trying to download the helper.zip function (403 - Access Denied).

To Reproduce
From the AWS web page just press the button to create the stack, compile required fields and start it.

Expected behavior
I expect the stack to successfully create everything.

Version: 4.0.3 (this happens with ALL versions I tried)
Region: eu-central-1
Was the solution modified from the version published on this repository? No
If the answer to the previous question was yes, are the changes available on GitHub?
Have you checked your service quotas for the services this solution uses? Yes

I am not able to reproduce this issue. I am seeing successful deployment in eu-central-1 region. Could you please share details about what Cloudformation parameters you have used? Have you followed the pre-requisite steps? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/solutions/latest/security-automations-for-aws-waf/prerequisites.html
