Is it possible to raise support requests when approaching a soft limit?

When we approach limits, we want to not only monitor them, but also resolve them to avoid an incident.

I'd like this solution to not only monitor but create support requests to raise soft limits by a percent when a certain threshold is reached. Is this possible now?
