Support for native histograms

There is a demand for this feature to be supported on AMP, as this is supported on Grafana-agent (which we use to remote-write ec2 metrics) also supports this starting version v0.30.0.

The reduced storage requirements, and automatic precision/bucket allocation based on data (as I understand it) make this feature very attractive. I know that it's not ready in the mainline, but I hope that the AMP team is actively tracking this for quick inclusion in AMP when read for primetime.

This would be very useful for using with Grafana K6, which uses Prometheus Remote Writes and pre-aggregated histogram stats.
