All: Link from JS to Java docs is broken

Describe the issue

The CDK documentation has broken links from the JS to the Java docs.

e.g. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.aws_s3.Bucket.html links to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cdk/api/v2/java/index.html?software/amazon/awscdk/services/s3/Bucket.html which in turn redirects to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cdk/api/v2/java/?software/amazon/awscdk/services/s3/Bucket.html - which is wrong, it should be https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cdk/api/v2/java/software/amazon/awscdk/services/s3/Bucket.html (note the incorrect ? turning software/amazon/awscdk/services/s3/Bucket.html into a query param )
