Support newer Docker version for the Official images #20

It would be great to have multi-stage builds available by using a newer version of Docker. It looks fairly straight forward in this Dockerfile to split it off and support multiple versions. Ideally this would be an official option in CodeBuild vs having to roll this on my own repository. 😬
