My EC2 machine is inside a private subnet, and API calls are not allowed, except if a VPC endpoint was configured. Is there a VPC endpoint for the API call https://ec2-instance-connect.{region}.amazonaws.com/PutEC2HostKeys/ ?

Thanks for contacting us! As discussed in #8, we currently does not support PrivateLink endpoints.
