1.7 version. Without external_id , cross account works fine.

But can't find the option to put in external_id in the cloudwatch, s3 or kinesis plugin config. Wondering does it supported?

Can't find that in the c version too.

The Elasticsearch plugin have field "AWS_External_ID"

@hardwaysun We are not currently planning on adding this very soon, but it's pretty easy to implement. Feel free to do it if you want.
