This change allows users to overwrite the
requestHandlerof the STS client used in the default role assumers fromgetDefaultRoleAssumerandgetDefaultRoleAssumerWithWebIdentity. As a result, you can specify the http optionsof the under lying STS client like
socketTimeout,connectionTimeoutand thehttpsAgentetc.Testing
