fix(credential-providers): support custom middleware for sts client #3887

Ref: V693851885

Description

Provide an easier way to inject middleware to the default STS client used by the credential providers. Now users can use the clientPlugins option to add middleware to the underlying STS client. A typical usecase is adding custom headers to the assume-role API calls to prevent confused deputy problem.
