As per this announcement #375 it will require a minimum version of 17.7 and as it's visible in the logs, I already have it.

Based on these lines:

You might have 17.5 installed. It is possible that you have multiple versions of Visual Studio installed as well.
From the start menu, run "Visual Studio Installer", and have a look at what versions and instances of Visual Studio you have installed. There may be one or more reported in there that are lower than 17.7.
