This issue is created as part of the todo list of #189.

During the create workflow, wait for the control plane endpoint to be set in the capi and valid cluster. Similar to this
This should be done just after creating the workload cluster CP objects , before waiting for the kubeconfig secret and before waiting for the control plane to be ready
