Remove code for setting watching-namespace flag for clusterctl commands #810

Clusterctl v1.0.1 removes flag --watching-namespace. Check out this upstream PR for details. This can still be configured by setting the namespace arg in the spec.containers.args path of each provider deployment (capi/capv/etcdadm). When updating to clusterctl v1.0.1:

  • Remove usage of --watching-namespace from clusterctl commands.
  • Add make target in create_manifests.sh file of all providers to pass in namespace flag
