Issue #, if available: #238

Description of changes:

Added clarification to Tracer docs for capture_method decorator, and how it can cause function responses to be read earlier than expected. This addresses potentially unexpected behaviours where functions return objects where reading the function response causes side-effects, such as file-like objects or the botocore StreamingBody.
