Dummy div tag requirement

A dummy div tag is required for the sponsors section without which the various text goes beyond the grey box.
You can already see this for "Community" since there are 3 logos.
For "Platinum", "Silver" its fine since logos are just 2.
For "Gold" I had to add a dummy

tag to get the text fit inside the grey box.

There should be a better CSS way to fix this.

Some changes were made in the stylesheets as part of UI fixes which fixed this. Hence closing
