Based on current version of Integrate a chain with the Interchain Amplifier.

Problems

• “Prerequisites” section is frustrating — devs shouldn’t have to go through a whole separate tutorial. Is there a way we can give them the basics?
• Which version of axelard should the developer download for which machines?
• make build returns make: *** [build] Error 127 when building axelard binary directly from axelar-core. README instructions mention creating the axelard binary in the /.bin folder, but that folder is not in the cloned repo. (Searched using ls -a in axelar-core [v0.35.5])
