Add more flag similarities

This will conflict with the other flag similarities pull request.

I didn't add this as a pull-request to that branch (flag-similarities), since I wanted to get the German translations done at least for these, but I wasn't able to translate all the similarities into German on flag-similarities, and leaving some similarities translated but others not would have been extraordinarily messy.

In case dealing with conflicts and merges is more trouble than it's worth, below are all the similarities (including German), for copy-pasting and/or future reference:

(For Ghana's flag):
Bolivia (coat of arms instead of star)
Bolivien (Wappen anstelle Stern)

Ghana (star instead of coat of arms)
