Become Sponsor button come after click on moveing button

Sponsor can't see the button very easily because it comes after clicking on the moving button

the heading of Sponsor converted into a button render feature of Become a Sponsor Button or can we create a new button also for this feature for easy to watch this feature for user

Create a button for Become a Sponsor near this moving div
