Xcode already installed but still getting "Missing Xcode, please install"

I'm using:
macbook m3 pro
macOS: 14.3
Xcode: 15.4
Axmol: latest from git

I was trying to build for ios simulator with this command
axmol build -p ios -a arm64 -sdk simulator -c

But I got these errors though I have xcode installed:

Have you installed the Xcode command line tools? If not, try xcode-select --install

I had to up the deployment target.

it's really strange.. sometimes it throws error in config.h and hlookup.h like above in the screenshot and sometimes in launchScreen.

Strange, my mac also Xcode 15.4 and works well

It just depends which files Xcode was building first, or which one it decided to show. All the errors are still there.

Ensure that xcode-select is pointing to the correct Xcode installation. You can set it using:

sudo xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

or

sudo xcode-select -s /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

Then you run the axmol build command as usual.
