The $FSLDIR environment variable is not set -FSLeyes may not behave correctly. Where to locate it? #567

I have install the axondeepseg succesfully, but when I loading the fsleyes,
it shows that
The $FSLDIR environment variable is not set -FSLeyes may not behave correctly.
I choose locate the $FSLDIR environment in the axondeepseg file, but is shows error.
where should I locate the $FSLDIR environment?

Hi @binghe-c,,

Currently, the version of FSLeyes we install for ADS does not support Windows, as is noted in our documentation:

I'd encourage you to use either a Linux or Mac machine. If that's not possible, I think you'll need to install a virtual machine running Linux to use the ADS plugin.

Also, the $FSLDIR pop up is just a warning. You don't actually need to set the $FSLDIR to use the software.
