Civ 2 is the best version of the game.

Let's make a website!

Is there an android version planned?

There's still nothing much to show in terms of gameplay so I really haven't been thinking yet about making a website, but if the project progresses enough it's a must.
Android - as far as current framework we're using (Raylib) allows it. I really don't know.
