RescueParty after flashing

ROM: LineageOS 18.1-20210420-UNOFFICIAL-ginkgo

Module version: April (r8)

After flashing module and rebooting, phone seems to be in post-ota-update state, i'm unlocking sim card, entering pattern. And after couple of seconds, phone just reboots (not crashing (i can clearly see "turning off..." pop up), just reboots straight into recovery), removing module from /data/adb allows to end "Finishing system update" and phone works normally.
