error in azuredeploy.json

Partway through the file there's a block of error output from some tool or other. I'm guessing that's not expected (and will break anything consuming azuredeploy.json):

Just found this too. Looks like it's not going to get fixed.

Also, what the hell is the EULA_ENU.rtf file? I just deleted it!
