Fix is to pin it to 1.3.2 like this: anthonychu/serverless-streamr@4fe4cc7

Probably needs to be bumped to the newest version of the extension (1.2.2). Should be fixed by this: Azure/azure-functions-signalrservice-extension#132

The latest signalr binding (v1.2.2) should have fixed the issue. But still waiting for updating the bundles to make it available to all users.
Waiting for #33 #32 to be merged. @anthonychu Do you have any concern on these two PRs?
