Describe the bug
The current relaese of azure-communication-email 1.0.2
Uses io.netty:netty-codec-http2:4.1.89.Final which has the reported vulnerability https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2023-44487

How reliable is this library at all? I doesn't seem that there is any regular maintaining to ensure new version of dependencies etc.
