Event Hub names can't be uppercase, ConnectTheDotsCloudDeploy needs to be fixed #75

Please change to:
EventHubNameDevices = "ehdevices";
and
EventHubNameAlerts = "ehalerts";

Otherwise deploying the web site project fails.

Fixed in rfctr1 branch, soon in master
