Create AKS cluster with monitoring addon in step 8 requires workspace already defined #63

In Lab 1 - Create AKS cluster, the instructions mention AKS cluster to be created with monitoring addon. But log analytics workspace has been created yet and we need to pass workspace id in the argument, which is missing. Hence AKS creation fails.

Issue was in older version of Azure CLi, not reproducible in latest CLI, hence closing it
