Describe the bug
There are duplicate training files following that need to be cleaned up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to docs/training
See the Demonstration .md files
Go to docs/training/bicep and see the same Demonstration .md files

Expected behavior
The files in docs/training should have been removed with the new folder structure
