Expand the Library with additional titles #5

Add more titles to the ./library folder. Requirements:

The bot is currently configured to accept EITHER a .txt or a .pdf file
Each title gets its own subdirectory of the same name
The .txt or .pdf file should be named the same as the title and subdirectory
The title MUST be in the public domain or issued under a public license, with no permissions required

Project Gutenburg is a good resource but there are likely others as well.

Submit a separate issue to add new file formats to the Library command or to extend its features.
