I think will be good if add plank theme on macOS-Sierra. For example this add on elementary GTK theme by default:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~elementary-design/egtk/master/files/head:/plank/
If plank installed - this theme will be used when change GTK Theme by default

For Plank available use theme from GTK-theme on preferences:

I use Gnosemite (http://p0umon.deviantart.com/art/Gnosemite-theme-for-Plank-628809799), but the original one was licensed openly, so I guess I could use it. No offense, but I think your plank theme is a bit too bright, so I'm going to correct the colors a bit.

2c02058 adds modified plank theme to both light & dark themes.
