[Feature Request] Conditional rules based on OS? #287

Some of files and folders may be different between OSs.
For example

[trash]: $HOME/.trash

  This is probably a custom directory on your system.

  You can move the file to XDG_DATA_HOME/trash.

on macOS/Darwin moving thie folder doesn’t work and it should be ignored.
on Linux it may be different depending of file and windows managers
etc
