Generate plugin-info.yaml or similar.

Include following metadata:

  • Company name
  • Author
  • Description
  • ...

Wondering if the plugins scaffolding needs to differentiate between internal and open-source plugins? For ex: Company Name might not make sense for internal custom plugins?

It might still be relevant since most teams will have a mix of internal and external plugins. Making it explicit isn't all that costly on the developer creating a new plugin.
