Thor connected but when check says not using thor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start Thor
2. connect to Thor
3. Thor connected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the app says Thor is connected but when y check on the web it says its not. and 
it says warning: error setting transparent proxy

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 orbot  version 0.2.2.25-prbot-alpha-1.0.5.2 on an Atrix 4g running Android 2.3.4
