Make use of default scss-lint configuration

Whil this is a great plugin, I think it needs to support the famous SASS linting guidlines as defined for example with plugins like in; https://github.com/causes/scss-lint/blob/master/config/default.yml which is used withing this plugin; https://github.com/attenzione/SublimeLinter-scss-lint

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. This plugin uses the sass-convert tool and most of the formatting is handled by that tool, it's unlikely I'll build in custom formatting.
