UI issue in condition field.

Issue Description

UI issue in condition field.

Preconditions

1. Commit id.-710c660e2d7e6e9aefd09509a75efa16ca6e8bc4

Steps to reproduce

1. step1- Create a cart rule and add condition
2. step2- Check the condition value field.

Expected result

Field should be visible properly with delete icon.

Actual result
