Issue Description

filling in all the required fields still it is not showing the shipping method. while clicking ship to this address and clicking again then it is showing shipping method

Preconditions

1. user should be added a product to the cart.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the 'homepage'
2. Add product to the 'cart'
3. Click on mini cart
4. Click on checkout button
5. Fill in all the required fields
6. entered phone number
7. See the error

Expected Result

It should be shown the next process if the ship to this address is checked and entered phone number

Actual Result

but it is not showing. Here
