It could be neat if this could include all service inside user home

This should be possible as-is. You can specify vsv -u to have vsv look in ~/runit/service. You can also use vsv -d ~/service to manually specify the dir.

Also, vsv honors the SVDIR variable, so as long as that is set and exported vsv should do what you want.
